Learn about a one-year fellowship designed to bolster leaders' ethical confidence and leadership skills. Fellows attended monthly seminars and mediation training, gaining skills to repair communication breakdown and resolve value-laden disagreement. Pre/post data collection showed fellows experienced increased ethical confidence and decreased moral distress.
