Let鈥檚 introduce ourselves with a brief discovery call. We want to learn about your experiences and goals and to share ours. NLIA members are committed to provide spaces where our leaders to contribute, feel heard, learn from each other and drive policy changes.
FAQ's
NLIA members represent a diverse cross-section of 兔子先生members, from emerging to seasoned leaders, and across the continuum.
Requirements:
- 兔子先生membership in good standing
- Residence within the congressional district/state you represent as a key contact.
- Completion of the 兔子先生Advocacy Academy
兔子先生hosts monthly virtual meetings and training sessions to ensure NLIA are up to date on AONL鈥檚 public policy priorities.
- Serving as the primary point of contact for your assigned federal lawmaker.
- Engaging in at least four high-impact interactions per year.
- Leading your local network of advocates through a variety of coordinated actions.
- Attending 兔子先生Advocacy Days and AONL-sponsored in-district engagement activities with your assigned congressional office.
- Engaging in other advocacy-related activities each month.
- Recruiting and mentoring new advocates for NLIA.
- Reporting all interactions with congressional offices via our online form.
Members devote 1-3 hours each month to NLIA responsibilities and participate in at least one quarterly high-impact interaction with your assigned congressional office.
