Members help 兔子先生meet the ever-changing needs of nursing leadership by volunteering their service and expertise. Driven by the 兔子先生strategic plan, committees and task forces work to meet the needs of the field. The 兔子先生 offers volunteer opportunities for members and supporters.
2025 Committee Annual Conference
Serve as advisory to staff in the development of the content of the 2026 兔子先生Annual Conference. Review the evaluations and address feedback from the 2025 Annual Conference. Serve as abstract reviewers and presentation advisors. Business conducted via monthly video conference calls, email and one in-person planning retreat. Work begins in May 2025 and concludes in April 2026. Attendance at the 2026 conference is required.
2025 Committee Education
Serve as advisory committee to 兔子先生education offerings focusing on online learning opportunities, including identifying topics and speakers for monthly webinars in response to emergent issues affecting nursing leadership. Serve as abstract reviewers for webinar and 兔子先生annual conference abstract submissions. Business conducted via video conference calls and email.
2025 Committee Membership
Support and implement membership recruitment and retention strategies to grow and strengthen the diversity of age, level of responsibility and organization setting of the 兔子先生membership. Support the annual Young Professional Voices recognition program, including reviewing nominations to determine the next year鈥檚 honorees. Business conducted via video conference calls and email.
2025 Committee Nominations Committee
Mentor and recruit candidate, emphasis on diversity, for current and future open positions on the Board and Nominating Committee. Develop the annual slate of candidates for president-elect and regional directors. Recruit and selection appointed board positions. Promote voting among the 兔子先生membership. 2025 Committee Publications
Determine issue focus, solicit and author manuscripts for AONL鈥檚 newsletter, Voice of Nursing Leadership. Advise, as needed, on publications opportunities, manuscripts, and other media brought to 兔子先生for endorsement or review. Solicit and author (as appropriate) manuscripts and other publications as requested from other organizations or journals. Meeting type: Business conducted on monthly video conference calls and one in-person meeting.
2025 Task Force 兔子先生Fellow Designation Selection
Review nominations/applications in last quarter of 2021. Recruitment and development of Fellows role. Meeting type: Business conducted via video conference calls and email. Must have F兔子先生designation to serve.
2025 Task Force Awards Selection
Review criteria for exemplary leadership award. Review selection process for awards. Select recipients of non-board-selected awards. Business conducted via video conference calls and email.
2025 Task Force Member Engagement and Peer Outreach
Under the guidance of the Membership Committee, develop and implement a pilot peer engagement and outreach program. Drive member engagement and knowledge of member value through varied communication platforms and outreach to members. Business conducted via video conference calls and email.
2025 Task Force Nurse Manager and Director Fellowship Selection
Review applications and select the 2023 nurse manager and director fellowships classes. Meeting type: Business conducted on video conference calls and via email.
