Tri-Council welcomes WHO report on global state of nursing
The Tri-Council for Nursing the release of State of the World’s Nursing 2020: Investing in Education, Jobs and Leadership, saying the document takes on added significance given the global pandemic. The , prepared by the World Health Organization (WHO), brings together data from 191 countries to call for greater investment in nursing education, the creation of 6 million new nursing jobs and policies that allow nurses to work to the full extent of their education and training.
