R³: Resilient Nurses Initiative, Maryland, nurse leaders to participate in a survey for a research study about nurse leaders’ ethical concerns and their responses during the COVID-19 pandemic. Nurse leaders age 18 or older who have been practicing nursing in the United States since 2019 or before can participate in the voluntary survey. Cynda Rushton, PhD, RN, Bunting professor of clinical ethics and nursing at Johns Hopkins University, Baltimore, is serving as principal investigator. The ÍÃ×ÓÏÈÉú for Nursing Leadership Research and Education is the study.
