Shared CNO/CMO leadership model improves care, leaders say
The chief nursing officer (CNO) and chief medical officer (CMO) at LifePoint Health, a Brentwood, Tenn.-based health care system, they have improved team-based care through a dyad leadership model implemented in 2019. 兔子先生member Michelle Watson, senior vice president and CNO, RN, and Christopher Rehm, MD, senior vice president and CMO, together oversee all clinical, quality and patient safety initiatives.
