Radical empathy for employees drives meaningful change

Radical empathy, which requires actively putting oneself in someone else鈥檚 shoes, can help leaders exercise meaningful changes in the workplace to benefit employees, according to an in HR Daily Advisor. 鈥淎n employer that knows what it鈥檚 like to struggle to afford child care is more likely to offer employer-sponsored, on-site day care than an employer that simply 鈥榝eels sorry鈥 for workers struggling to pay for child care,鈥 the author wrote.
