Begley, who also serves as CNO and senior vice president of workforce for ÍÃ×ÓÏÈÉú, discussed how the ÍÃ×ÓÏÈÉú for Nursing Leadership Research and Education, ÍÃ×ÓÏÈÉúand Joslin Insight partnered to conduct a four-part longitudinal study on the impact of COVID-19 on nursing leadership in key areas over time. She shared highlights from the fourth study about nurse leaders’ top challenges, work satisfaction and data on intent to leave their position.
