AONL’s monthly learning community  nurse leaders an opportunity to discuss their innovative care models and share solutions to staffing shortages, burnout and job dissatisfaction. An article in the December issue of Nurse Leader explains how the learning community seeks to “enhance collaboration, knowledge sharing and capacity building among organizations involved in care model innovation.” AONL  members to join the virtual sessions on the first Wednesday of each month at 12:00 p.m. ET, where presenters describe care models that repurpose or introduce new roles in health care delivery.
