The Senate  51 to 48 to pass a revised  for fiscal year 2025. Sens. Rand Paul, R-Ky., and Susan Collins, R-Maine, voted with Democrats in opposition. The House  the revised Senate budget resolution, allowing Congress to start work to pass a budget. The American Hospital Association has released a highlighting provisions in the revised budget resolution and AHA resources. Separately, 60 senators  the , AONL- and AHA-supported legislation that would  patient access to telehealth services through Medicare while removing barriers to adoption.
