Crisp co-chairs Nursing Now, the global campaign on nursing, and previously served as chief executive of the English National Health Service. A member of the United Kingdom’s House of Lords, he also co-chairs the All-Party Parliamentary Group on Global Health. He and Begley discussed nurses’ daily contributions in the health care sector and their vital importance during the COVID-19 pandemic.
