��������member Deborah Hayes, MS, RN, started her career as a student nurse aid at The Christ Hospital Health Network in Cincinnati in 1987. Thirty-four years later she leads the health system as its president and CEO. In a recent , Hayes shared her career journey, spoke on the health system's culture and offered an inside look at The Christ Hospital's COVID-19 response, which she likened “to a war that never ends.” During her tenure as a leader, the hospital has ranked in the 95th percentile for patient experience and was named one of the top 50 U.S. hospitals by U.S. News.
