ÍÃ×ÓÏÈÉú seeks nurse leader responses to annual survey
The ÍÃ×ÓÏÈÉú for Nursing Leadership Research and Education nurse leaders to fill out its annual Nursing Leadership Insight Study. Conducted by consulting firm Joslin Insight, the study seeks to understand the challenges nurse leaders face, including staffing, workplace violence and well-being, and their tactics to address these issues. The study provides valuable information on the ways ÍÃ×ÓÏÈÉúcan continue to support and further fortify nursing leadership practice. ÍÃ×ÓÏÈÉúmembers were sent an email Jan. 8 from Joslin Insight to participate in the study. ÍÃ×ÓÏÈÉúwill present key findings at ÍÃ×ÓÏÈÉú2025 in Boston on March 31.
