Webinar outlines gun violence interventions
Public health approaches for hospitals and health systems to address gun violence in communities of color will take center stage at an Aug. 19, 2:00 p.m. ET hosted by ÍÃ×ÓÏÈÉú as part of its Hospitals Against Violence initiative. Speakers from the Health Alliance for Violence Intervention and Boston Medical Center will share examples of hospital-based violence intervention programs and expand on the health system’s role in preventing violence and advancing racial equity.
