Online inventory aims to improve access to critical equipment
During a White House meeting this week, leaders from ÍÃ×ÓÏÈÉú (AHA) and several hospitals and health systems the creation of the , an online inventory of ventilators and associated supplies, such as tubing and filters. This voluntary effort is intended to help get ventilators to the areas where they are needed most in the fight against COVID-19. Hospitals and health systems that have equipment to lend will log this information in the database; institutions seeking equipment can consult the inventory as their need for ventilators arises.
