NAM posts clinician burnout resources

Last month, the National Academy of Medicine (NAM) held the sixth in a series of meetings hosted by the NAM Action Collaborative on Clinician Well-Being and Resilience. Materials from that meeting are now online at the event’s . Resources include video recordings, speaker presentations and other materials from the collaborative’s consensus Taking Action against Clinician Burnout: A Systems Approach to Professional Well-Being. NAM will publish a written summary of the meeting takeaways later this year. On Jan. 16 at 2 p.m. ET, NAM will host the next in the series, highlighting initiatives at The Virginia Mason Kirkland (Wash.) Medical Center.
