NAM announces release of clinician burnout report
The National Academy of Medicine (NAM) is about to the latest in a series of publications produced by the leading its multi-year effort to promote clinician well-being and resilience. Taking Action Against Burnout: A Systems Approach to Professional Well-Being examines the scientific evidence regarding the causes of clinician burnout, the consequences for both clinicians and patients, and interventions to support clinician well-being and resilience.
