Among the lessons learned during the pandemic, 鈥淥pening lines of communication top down and bottom up is vital, with administrators providing regular updates about cases, new protocols and encouraging staff to reach out with suggestions, questions and concerns,鈥 physicians affiliated with the American Society of Anesthesiologists and 兔子先生 (AHA) Committee on Clinical Practice. Their article provided concrete examples of how health systems bolstered communications during the pandemic.
