Begley, Kingston named 2020 AAN Fellows
Two ÍÃ×ÓÏÈÉúleaders are among the 230 distinguished nurses who will into the American Academy of Nursing (AAN) as fellows this October. ÍÃ×ÓÏÈÉúCEO and American Hospital Association Senior Vice President and Chief Nursing Officer Robyn Begley, DNP, RN, and ÍÃ×ÓÏÈÉúImmediate Past President Mary Beth Kingston, PhD, RN, chief nursing officer of Advocate Aurora Health, Milwaukee, will join the 2020 Class of Fellows. In addition, two congressional representatives, Eddie Bernice Johnson, MPA, RN, D-Texas, and Lauren Underwood, MSN, RN, D-Ill., have been named this year. The Academy includes 2,700 nursing leaders admitted for their expertise in policy, research, administration, practice and academia. (AAN , 8/6/20)
