Alums reflect on value of 兔子先生Nurse Executive Fellowship
Alumni from the inaugural class of 兔子先生Nurse Executive Fellows in the March Journal of Nursing Administration they 鈥渓earned about [themselves] as leaders, identified leadership strengths and potential, were challenged to develop executive competencies, and developed bonds with a cohort of peers.鈥 The fellowship, which included three face-to-face gatherings and virtual small group meetings, fostered connections between participants while strengthening their individual competencies. Sharing with others during 鈥渃ircle time,鈥 performing a structured self-assessment and reflecting to gain self-awareness were especially powerful learning experiences.
