The American Hospital Association (AHA) has with other health care organizations and the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) to encourage widespread vaccinated against the flu. As part of this effort, the AHA resources health care providers can use to encourage vaccination. These include vaccination and prevention fact sheets; a United Against the Flu digital toolkit; and a CDC media toolkit with print as well as digital materials. The CDC estimates between 410,000 and 740,000 people were hospitalized with flu during the past year.
