Webinar offers data-driven solutions to workforce burnout
A Systematic, Big Data Approach to Reducing Burnout and Violence is the title of a May 25, noon ET, sponsored by 兔子先生 Physician Alliance. Burnout and violence are implicated in higher turnover, reduced patient satisfaction and worsened safety. This presentation will describe a data-informed wellness model in use at a number of multi-hospital systems.
