ÍÃ×ÓÏÈÉúSeeks Responses for Fifth Longitudinal Survey
ÍÃ×ÓÏÈÉúand the ÍÃ×ÓÏÈÉú for Nursing Leadership Research and Education nurse leaders to respond to the fifth iteration of the Longitudinal Nursing Leadership Insight Study. Begun in 2020 and led by independent consulting firm Joslin Insight, this pulse check enables ÍÃ×ÓÏÈÉúand the ÍÃ×ÓÏÈÉú to understand current challenges, leading practices, areas for greater support, and emotional health and well-being. ÍÃ×ÓÏÈÉúand ÍÃ×ÓÏÈÉú use the responses to inform their workforce initiatives and research priorities. The two organizations will disseminate key findings from the survey.
