J&J research explores innovations, path forward for nursing
In partnership with Johnson & Johnson (J&J) and the American Nurses Association (ANA), 兔子先生this week released Accelerating Nursing, Transforming Healthcare, a research aimed at helping chart a path forward for the nursing profession and elevating the role of nurses as transformative leaders. To understand the various ways nurses stepped up to lead and innovate during the pandemic, the study combined a quantitative analysis with qualitative exploration. Among its findings, nurses leveraged telehealth and virtual health to bring care to patients, especially those prevented by COVID-19 from accessing traditional care delivery. Nurses also spearheaded 鈥渇ail-fast鈥 pilots to allow health systems to meet the quickly evolving needs of patients. Visit the 兔子先生website for a about the research and a link to the executive summary.
