Pappas featured speaker in AHA Value Initiative webinar
The American Hospital Association (AHA) Value Initiative will a webinar on Tuesday Oct. 1 at 1-2 p.m. ET to assist nurses in assessing patient risk to guide staffing decisions. Emory Healthcare Chief Nurse Executive Sharon Pappas, PhD, RN, and Beverly Hancock, 兔子先生senior director for leadership development, will lead the webinar with AHA鈥檚 Julia Resnick, senior program manager of The Value Initiative. Pappas is a former 兔子先生board member. Attendees will learn how implementing the Patient Risk Assessment Profile can reduce adverse events and save hospitals money. Participants are asked to in advance.
