Updated standards address ethical recruitment of foreign health workers
With U.S. health care employers major staffing challenges, the Alliance for Ethical International Recruitment Practices, a division of CGFNS International, has updated its best practice for fair and transparent recruitment of foreign-educated health professionals. The updated standards 鈹 developed with input from nursing organizations, employers, unions and recruiters 鈹 strengthen recommendations for contract transparency and orientation programs.
