Black health and wellness is the theme of this year’s Black History Month, which is being recognized by the Institute for Diversity and Health Equity (IFDHE) at ÍÃ×ÓÏÈÉú (AHA). A recent post on the AHA website some of the organization’s efforts to achieve health equity. These included partnerships to disseminate accurate information about COVID-19 in communities most impacted by the disease, and investments in Black-founded and led startups focused on health innovation. The AHA will roll out an Equity Roadmap this year and host a health equity in Cleveland in May. (AHA News , 2/15/22)
