Begley, Hughes Outline Integrated Leadership Model

Writing in the June issue of Nurse Leader, they note that while all nurses can exhibit leadership qualities, success in formal leadership roles is determined by accomplishments ─ or measurable outcomes ─ and the mastery of leadership knowledge, skills and abilities. The model demonstrates this progression of a person’s mastery of leadership competencies, experience and accomplishments.
