ÍÃ×ÓÏÈÉúCEO Robyn Begley, DNP, RN, was among the speakers at this week’s International Hospital Federation (IHF) , in Barcelona, Spain. Her presentation focused on ÍÃ×ÓÏÈÉú (AHA) Hospitals Against Violence (HAV) initiative and the organization’s efforts to mobilize leadership to make the issue of workplace safety a priority. She  a framework for addressing workplace violence, ongoing collaborations and the #HAVhope awareness campaign. She said leaders can begin to address violence through education and training, data collection and keeping all levels of the organization accountable. Begley is also AHA chief nursing officer and senior vice president for workforce. (AHA News , 11/10/21)
