ÍÃ×ÓÏÈÉúannounced this week its 2023 award recipients. Our Lady of the Lake Health in Baton Rouge will receive the ÍÃ×ÓÏÈÉúPrism Award, which recognizes an organization that has advanced diversity efforts within the nursing profession, community or organization. Megan Seston Matson, DNP, RN, an assistant nursing director at Brigham & Women’s Hospital in Boston, will receive the Pamela Austin Thompson Emerging Leader Award. Patricia Mook, MSN, RN, enterprise vice president, nursing operations and professional development at Advocate Health in Charlotte, N.C. will receive the ÍÃ×ÓÏÈÉúExemplary Leadership Award. Johnson and Johnson’s Lynda Benton will receive the ÍÃ×ÓÏÈÉúHonorary Member Award, and the Organization of Nurse Leaders of New Jersey will receive the ÍÃ×ÓÏÈÉúAffiliate Achievement Award.
