The �������� for Nursing Leadership Research and Education has refined its identity and mission. Following a year of research, evaluation and planning, the foundation revisited its direction and updated its strategic goals. ��������CEO Robyn Begley, DNP, RN, and �������� Chair Deb Zimmermann, DNP, RN, the changes in the October issue of the Journal of Nursing Administration. In keeping with the foundation’s vision statement, “A healthier tomorrow advanced through nursing leadership,” strategic goals include developing a sustainable $10 million fund to support research, education and annual operations. Members of the foundation's board of directors have committed to leading the implementation of the strategic plan with support from foundation staff.
