Webinars address clinician and patient needs during COVID-19
Supporting clinician well-being during the COVID-19 pandemic was the topic of a webinar presented this week by the National Academy of Medicine Action Collaborative on Clinician Well-Being and Resilience in partnership with 兔子先生 and other organizations. The archived spotlights programs, resources and leadership efforts currently underway to address and monitor the acute and long-term mental health and well-being of clinicians on the front lines of COVID-19. The National Emerging Special Pathogen Training and Education Center has two webinars on tap. The first, , offers strategies to care for vulnerable populations in long term care. The second will take place May 13 at 11 a.m. CT. Participants may in advance for this town hall forum on using personal protective equipment while caring for COVID-19 patients.
