He/she holds an executive or management title such as director, manager or chief nursing officer; has been in nursing leadership for at least six years; is between the ages of 45 and 64; holds a master’s degree; and earns between $90,000 and $149,999 annually.</p> <p>However, this average description is meant only to highlight the most common, high-level responses in the survey.
